By accessing or using the VantPay platform (offered by Credlanche), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms also govern your use of our APIs, SDKs, and merchant dashboards.
VantPay provides financial infrastructure for businesses, including payment processing (cards, bank transfers, USSD), automated settlements, merchant accounts, and agency banking solutions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
To use VantPay, you must create a merchant account and complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We charge transaction fees and other service fees as disclosed in our pricing schedule or merchant agreement. All fees are subject to change with prior notice. You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account according to the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.
You agree not to use VantPay for any illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or processing payments for prohibited goods or services. We monitor all transactions and suspend any accounts found violating our acceptable use policy.
The VantPay name, logo, platform technology, and all content provided through our services are the exclusive property of Credlanche. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform for your business operations according to these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration or in the appropriate courts of Nigeria.
